Red Clay, White Ball, Diamond Field - Lunbei Girls' Happy Baseball Classroom
In response to the United Nations' emphasis on valuing and investing in girls, the association, along with the Yunlin County Government and local dairy producers, jointly organized a Happy Baseball Classroom event. More than 40 elementary school girls from the county were invited to participate in this fun-filled baseball experience. The aim was not only to impart baseball knowledge but also to express the idea that there should be no gender restrictions, and everyone has the right to pursue their dreams.
For this event, we also invited players from the Beitou Junior High School girls' softball team, who have been receiving long-term assistance from our association, to serve as assistant instructors. This allowed the athletes we support to realize their potential to help others. Through the interactive exchange of assistance among the girls, they experienced the empowerment of baseball, enhancing their various abilities. Once again, it was demonstrated that sports are not exclusively for males; females, as long as they are willing to strive and support each other, can also achieve success and excel on the field.
